Give an AI agent a 3 XLM budget and a question. It autonomously buys paid data sources (1 XLM each) to answer it, every purchase a real Stellar payment. The MandateRegistry contract enforces the cap: once the budget is spent it blocks the next purchase, so the agent cannot overspend even when it wants more.
